I’d like to enroll multiple people in a few different courses; how do I do that?

You can add more courses to your checkout process by selecting the “Add Another Course” button on checkout to add more courses or “Add another Attendee” to a course that is already in your shopping cart.

Which is the best course for me / my team?

Check out the complete course catalog to find the course that best fits your team’s needs. There are courses available for the following roles: SDRs/BDRs, Account Executives, CSMs/Account Managers, Frontline Managers, and Revenue leaders.

What will I receive when I register for a Revenue Academy course?

Once you register, you will immediately receive a confirmation email and calendar invitations for the live sessions of the course, which include Zoom conference call dial-in details. About 5-7 days before the first live course session, you will also receive a separate email from learn@winningbydesign.com with login credentials for enrolling in the online learning journey that comes with the course. This will give you access to frameworks, videos, and homework material for the course.

I didn’t receive my online learning invitation yet.

Your login credentials for the online learning journey will be sent to you 5-7 days prior to the course start date.  If you sign up for a course less than one week before it starts, it may take up to 3 business days for you to receive your email with login credentials for the online learning journey. 

What if the course I’m enrolled in has a scheduling change?

In the event that the dates or times of a course need to be changed after you sign up, or if a course is unable to be held as expected, learners will be notified and offered the option to accept the change, shift to the next available course, or receive a full refund.

I have more than 8 people from my team who want to take this course. How do we sign up?

Course availability

Which courses are available?

All courses available for the public (what we refer to as Open Courses) are listed in the online course schedule. You can see the upcoming course dates and time zones there, select your preference, and purchase your seats there. If you’re interested in a private course for your team, or you are interested in one of the course offerings that is only offered as a Private course but not as an Open course, contact us here.

Is the training accessible to people with a handicap?

The 100% digital nature of the course and the use of market solutions with accessibility features allow, de facto, the greatest number of people to participate in the course. In addition, we make sure before participation that any specific measures need to be implemented. If you have a handicap, do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the adaptation and compensation possibilities.

I need an invoice for my course registration.

My credit card didn’t work when I tried to pay on the website. What now?

Pricing

Are there discounts or special pricing available?

There are no discounts offered on course seats. The only special pricing available is for select partnerships that are pre-planned with the Revenue Academy team.

What to expect

What should learners expect in terms of workload/time needed for the course?

Most of courses include approximately 8 hours of live instruction via Zoom sessions, approximately ½ hour of homework per session (~two hours total for the course), and a certification exam at the end. Some of this may vary by course; be sure to check your specific course details.

All live sessions are recorded and provided to enrolled learners. 

What should I expect from a course in the WbD Revenue Academy?

As a learner, you will experience both live interactive training paired with frameworks, videos, and resources via our learning management platform. Live courses are conducted on Zoom with up to 25 other learners in your field and include role-playing, break-out rooms, and live instruction. Your instructor is a certified trainer and has experience in your shoes. You have the opportunity to become certified by taking a certification exam at the end of the course. All live sessions are recorded and provided to enrolled learners.

What will I receive when I register for a Revenue Academy course?

You will receive three separate emails when you sign up for a course:

  • A welcome email, which includes the information you will need to get started.
  • Calendar invitations for the live sessions of the course, which include Zoom conference call dial-in details.
  • An email with login credentials and instructions on how to enroll in your online learning journey, sent from learn@winningbydesign.com. This will give you access to frameworks, videos, and homework material for the course.

How long will it take for me to receive the training materials after I register for a Revenue Academy course?

You will receive the welcome email and calendar invitation series within 2 business days after you register. The online learning journey enrollment email will be sent approximately 1 week prior to the first training date.

If you are signing up multiple team members, please include the names and email addresses of your team and they will receive the information directly.

Please note: if you sign up for a course less than one week before it starts, it may take up to 3 business days for you to receive your email with login credentials for the online learning journey.

How will my team receive their course materials?

Include the names and email addresses of your team members when you purchase the course seats, and they will receive emails with the information that they need for the course.

Training recordings will be sent after each session. If you did not receive your recording please contact revacademy@winningbydesign.com.

I didn’t receive calendar invites for my course sessions yet.

Course invites are sent from revacademy@winningbydesign.com after sign up. If you did not receive it, please search your inbox or email revacademy@winningbydesign.com.

I forgot / can’t find my LMS login and/or password.

Please search for an invitation email from “learn@winningbydesign.com”. Please double check your local spam/junk folder if you are not finding the email in your primary inbox. If you still can’t find it or the link is not working as expected, please visit the main WbD learning platform login page and click on the “Forgot password?” link (direct link).

Making changes

What if I need to reschedule or I’m unable to make the course I’m enrolled in?

Rescheduling is subject to a $50 change fee. Changes after the course start date are not possible but recordings of the sessions are available. To request any changes please contact revacademy@winningbydesign.com.

What if the course I’m enrolled in has a scheduling change?

In the event a course’s scheduled date/time must be changed, or a course is unable to be held as expected, learners will be notified and offered the option to accept the change, shift to the next available course, or be given a full refund of the seat cost.

Private courses

Certification

How do I get my certification?

The course exam is provided at the end of the course; a passing grade on the exam is 75% and above for all courses. Certifications will be emailed to you and are sharable on your LinkedIn profile.

I completed my course but haven’t received my certificate yet.

Certificates for those who pass the course exam are issued within 7 days of exam completion. If you have any issues with your certification, please contact learn@winnignbydesign.com.

How is the evaluation conducted?

The evaluation system is adapted to the teaching objectives of the course. It is an online test on our LMS with a series of questions self-administered by the participant.

I left the employer that I took the course with. Can I still access the materials?

Unfortunately the course is only available while registered with your original employer.

Can you resend my certificate?

If you took the course after July 2021, you can get in touch with the Revenue Academy team at revacademy@winningbydesign.com, and they can resend your certificate. Just provide them with your original registration details and email address, and they can resend your certificate. If you took the course before July 2021, unfortunately we don’t have certificates available for that time period.

Does my certificate expire? If so, for how long is it valid?

Your certificate will be valid for three years before expiring.
