What is the difference between the Winning by Design Ambassador Program and the Certified Consulting Partner Program?

Ambassadors are part of our community of GTM peers committed to the implementation of Revenue Architecture. Like our partners, they get early and exclusive access to research, content, webinars and more.

Certified Consulting Partners are firms who pay for access to our Resource Library (blueprints, videos, playbook templates, and more) to bolster their GTM consultancy. They also benefit from unlimited access to our expert advisors, complimentary training, and earn income by referring others to Winning by Design’s services. Our partners also get featured in marketing campaigns and get early and exclusive access to research, content, and webinars.

What is the certification process like?

You will complete a straightforward validation process to become a Certified Consulting Partner, including obtaining a Revenue Architecture Certification. 

The review process is straightforward – we verify you’re implementing our frameworks correctly. If adjustments are needed, you can retake the review at no cost during your agreement term. Our goal is enabling your success in delivering proven outcomes.

Once certified, partners earn the Winning by Design Certified badge aligning with the highest level of certification earned – Revenue Architecture, Bowtie Analytics, and Insight Engineering (determined based on which courses have been taken and passed) – and gain access to ongoing resources and advisory support.

You can maintain your certification through annual reviews and program fees.

  • Sponsorship Opportunities (additional charge): Access opportunities to sponsor our roadshow events, market briefings, or video content to reach your target audience.
How does Winning by Design help with business development for Certified Consulting Partners?

Our Certified Consulting Partner Program has a number of marketing benefits, including joint partnership announcements, a Partner of the Month feature, as well as periodic ad-hoc co-marketing activities.

Certified Consulting Partners will also be listed on our Certified Partner Directory to potentially elicit inbound leads searching for solutions.

What Winning by Design content (if any) can I share directly with my clients?

Anything in the Reference Library can be used in presentations to your clients with appropriate attribution. 

Anything marked with a Creative Commons License can be rebranded for use with your clients and offered in your LMS with attribution to Winning by Design.

What is the cost of the program?

Our Certified Consulting Partner Program costs $30,000 per year.
