Consulting Project Manager


We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager/Customer Success Manager to lead Business Consulting engagements at Winning by Design, a 100% remote company.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing cross-functional revenue optimization projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, within budget, and with the desired impact:

Project Management from Proposal to Customer Impact to include:

  • Support with proposal and SOW drafting
  • Coordinate scheduling of project key meetings internally and externally for all deliverables
  • Create and maintain project plans
  • Presentation creation and support for all major calls as needed
  • Project document organization
  • Project accounting and invoicing support
  • Main point of contact for internal and external communications regarding project to ensure project remains within budget and is delivered on a timely manner
  • Proactively resolve project issues and flag blockers in a timely manner
  • Own weekly stakeholder meetings for our customers, internal consultants and Managing Directors – and weekly reporting aligned to the meetings
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers to share best practices

About you:

  • 5+ years experience in project/program management or in a marketing, sales, or customer success role
  • Tech savvy and know how to use tools like Zoom and Slack to stay connected with our team members
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Have executive presence
  • Empathetic and kind
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, project management tools, and survey tools
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills between internal and external teams
  • You enjoy a challenge and always look for ways to improve existing processes
  • Positive outlook: you are cool, calm and collected, able to help resolve escalating situations by problem-solving and clearly communicating
  • Customer-centric: you enjoy working with customers to help, assist, and add value
  • Growth mindset: you lead with curiosity, you are open to feedback
  • Proactive: you enjoy planning ahead and working to find a solution when issues arise
  • A previous job in Marketing, Sales/Sales Enablement, or Customer Success a plus
