As the world’s leading GTM consulting firm, Winning by Design is deepening our investment in long-term partnerships to help recurring revenue businesses scale with precision. As part of this commitment, we’re expanding our Growth Advisory Services — providing customers with ongoing, strategic guidance to drive continuous alignment and growth across their Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
 

PROVEN TRACK RECORD DRIVES EXPANSION

Over the past year, our team of 18 expert Growth advisors have delivered more than 200 advisory sessions, supporting 22 Growth Advisory customers including:

To power this expansion, we’ve made significant investments in research and innovation:

  • A significantly enhanced Reference Library, now enriched with real-world GTM transformation blueprints
  • The release of 8 AI GTM Research Briefs, offering strategic and tactical insights on applying AI across every stage of the Bowtie
  • The creation of X Guides, providing step-by-step instructions on how to deploy Winning by Design models and frameworks within a GTM architecture
  • The appointment of Dr. Dan Patterson as Chief Innovation Officer, advancing our capabilities in AI-driven GTM design and measurement

IMPACT ROADSHOW: BRINGING ADVISORY EXPERTISE TO KEY MARKETS

Supporting growth advisory customers with in-person networking and executive education, we completed our first customer conference, the Impact Summit. Coming off the success of this sold-out event, we’re taking things on the road, with a Roadshow series of events that will bring in-person advisory and roundtables to cities around the world. The series kicked off on June 5th in London, with additional stops in Silicon Valley, Boston, San Francisco, New York, Washington D.C., Austin, and Chicago — providing opportunities for executive briefings, on-site workshops, and peer-to-peer learning.
