Week 1: Daily Brief & Account Research

Module 1: Start Every Call Ahead: The AI Daily Brief

Learning Objective: Explain where AI creates leverage across the GTM workflow and where the human stays essential. Set up an AI workspace (a Project) with standing instructions and connected sources. Build a daily brief that surfaces what changed, who to reach out to, and your top three actions, each tied to a SPICED element or a Bowtie stage. Adapt the daily brief to your function lane: Prospecting, Selling, Customer Success, or Account Management.

Module 2: Research While You Sleep, Sell While You’re Awake

Learning Objective: Run an overnight deep-research report on a target account, combining connected sources and public information, with every claim cited or flagged. Read an account through the Bowtie: net-new, onboarding, adoption, or expansion. Generate a five-minute pre-call exec brief before any meeting: what to know, what they should know, the one outcome to drive, and your two best opening questions. Draft an executive-credible first-touch message anchored to the account’s stated priorities.

Week 2: Account Discovery, Call Reviews, and Skill Creation

Module 3: Run the Call, Prove the Impact

Learning Objective: Generate a SPICED-structured discovery plan for a specific call: sharp open questions per element plus the evidence that marks each one Qualified. Score a real call transcript against SPICED, marking each element Qualified, Partial, or Gap, with evidence from the call. Verify whether Impact was quantified and whether a Critical Event with a date surfaced, and know the exact follow-up question to close any gap. Produce a clean SPICED summary ready to paste into CRM, with a recommended next step.

Module 4: Turn Every Call Into a Repeatable Skill

Learning Objective: Turn a discovery call into a customer-facing asset that leads with quantified Impact and the Critical Event, then the recommendation, the plan, and the ask. Encode a proven workflow as a reusable Skill: the trigger, inputs, steps, connected sources, output format, and guardrails so it never invents facts. Run your Skill live against your own book and refine it. Identify the next workflows on your team worth turning into Skills.
