Recognizing Growth That Compounds

THE IMPACT SUMMIT GROWTH AWARDS

The Growth Awards presented at the Impact Summit on May 12, 2026 will recognize teams that have architected growth systems built to compound—under pressure, at scale, and without hype. These organizations didn’t chase tools or trends. They designed growth as a system, governed it with discipline, and put AI to work where it actually changes outcomes.

The Growth Awards

For Revenue Leaders

Who Will You Nominate?

2026 growth awards - bowtie for growth momentum badge

Bowtie for Growth Momentum

Awarded to an individual who has architected growth across the full Bowtie—aligning acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion into a coherent, compounding system. This leader uses revenue architecture to surface leakage, govern tradeoffs, and sustain momentum even as complexity increases.

This award recognizes system-level thinking, where growth advances because the model is designed to learn and improve over time.

2026 growth awards - spiced for growth acceleration badge

SPICED for Growth Acceleration

Recognizes an individual who has applied the SPICED framework to accelerate execution without sacrificing clarity or control. This leader improves velocity by tightening qualification, decision-making, and handoffs—proving that speed comes from alignment and governance, not pressure.

The award honors leaders who turn complexity into focus and transform execution discipline into measurable acceleration.

2026 growth awards - AI innovator badge

AI Innovator

Celebrates an individual who has embedded AI into the operating logic of the growth system—not as a standalone initiative, but as a force multiplier for better decisions and execution. This leader moves beyond experimentation to govern how AI lowers friction, reduces leakage, and improves efficiency across the Bowtie.

This award honors AI with intent—where technology compounds impact because it is designed into the system.

Nominate a Growth Leader

Nominate a leader whose approach to growth reflects discipline, clarity, and systems that scale.

Why Nominate a Growth Leader?

  • Recognize system-level leadership
Highlight leaders who designed growth models that hold up under pressure, not just short-term wins.

  • Set the standard for modern growth
Elevate examples where AI, governance, and execution work together as a system—not in silos.

  • Share practical lessons with peers
Surface stories other leaders can learn from, replicate, and adapt inside their own organizations.

  • Reward clarity over hype
Celebrate leaders who moved beyond experimentation to create growth that compounds with intent.

Judging Criteria

All nominations are reviewed by a panel of experienced GTM leaders and practitioners. Judges evaluate submissions based on the clarity, rigor, and substance of the work—not hype or storytelling alone. Each nomination is assessed against the following four criteria:

Alignment with Category Goals

How clearly the nominee’s work reflects the intent of the award category—whether designing growth architecture, accelerating execution, or embedding AI into the growth system.

Evidence Quality

The strength of supporting data, including before-and-after benchmarks, metrics, and concrete examples that demonstrate what changed and why it mattered.

Impact

The measurable outcomes achieved as a result of the work, including improvements in growth, efficiency, revenue, customer experience, or execution clarity.

Originality

The degree to which the nominee applied AI in a thoughtful, creative, or novel way—using it as part of the operating logic of growth, not simply adopting tools.

Help Set the Standard for Unstoppable Growth

The Growth Awards exist to recognize leaders who’ve done the hard work of designing growth systems that compound—under pressure, at scale, and without hype. If you know someone whose leadership reflects that standard, nominate them and help surface what modern growth excellence truly looks like.
