Situation
Education First (EF), a global leader in language education and cultural exchange operating in over 100 countries, needed to better align its go-to-market teams and create a more scalable approach to customer engagement. With globally distributed, customer-facing teams, EF sought to implement a consistent methodology and long-term enablement strategy.
Pain
EF lacked a unified GTM methodology and common frameworks across teams. Managers did not have the tools or coaching structures needed to drive behavior change, and training efforts were fragmented without shared measurement or an ongoing enablement rhythm. As a result, scaling consistent execution across regions and roles was a challenge.
Impact
Winning by Design partnered with EF to design and implement a global GTM enablement engine anchored in SPICED. By embedding a shared operating language and structured enablement program, EF strengthened coaching, improved consistency in customer conversations, and aligned teams across geographies.
The result was a highly scalable enablement model—driving measurable improvements in learner confidence, adoption, and performance, while establishing a foundation for sustained global growth.
Partnering with Winning by Design has enabled us to build a global, impact-focused enablement program grounded in SPICED. Together, we’re embedding a shared commercial language across all our GTM teams – strengthening how we coach, how we sell, and how we deliver value in every customer conversation. Our teams are genuinely energised to have a common way of communicating, both internally and with customers.
