Revenue Architect

North America and Europe


Winning by Design is looking to hire several Revenue Architects located in North America and Europe. An Architect works closely with our client’s leadership (VP of Sales, CRO, CEO, board of directors, investors, etc.) to analyze and drive revenue performance, sales productivity, and overall revenue growth using the Winning by Design frameworks. Specifically, your work includes developing the initial strategy for growth, as well as the implementation plan to realize this growth for and with your clients. Strategies can include crafting new processes and playbooks, an organizational and compensation plan, and enablement strategies to make the new process and organizational plan stick.

Revenue Architect responsibilities include:

  • Manage the delivery of client projects from end to end
  • Analyze assessment data, and identify trends and insights
  • Identify areas of opportunity for clients based on the outputs of assessments of their current state
  • Create deliverables for clients, such as sales playbooks and organization design models; includes visualizing data analysis and recommendations using Google Slides
  • Apply your deep understanding of the WbD methodology and process to client projects/deliverables
  • Run workshops with executives to educate them on best practices and how they can apply them to their own business
  • Presenting findings to clients and other key stakeholders

Revenue Architect – Sales:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales management, sales strategy, or sales consulting
  • Intimate understanding of what drives recurring revenue growth at SaaS companies
  • Experience at hypergrowth (unicorn) tech companies or private equity-funded companies (or an operating role at a fund) is a plus

Revenue Architect – Customer Success:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, professional services, and/or account management
  • Intimate understanding of how to break down key moments and metrics in the customer lifecycle, as well as what drives customer lifetime value and recurring revenue at SaaS companies
  • Experience with how a business uses health score, and how CS technology platforms and tools can help a team scale and automate
  • Comfortable presenting and hosting executive-level workshops

Revenue Architect – Marketing:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, product marketing/management, account-based marketing, digital marketing
  • Intimate understanding of what drives revenue growth at SaaS companies
  • Preference for those with experience in product-led growth, digital marketing/demand gen and otherwise tech-enabled marketing
  • Tech savvy with direct experience with account-based platforms, customer engagement platforms, marketing automation, digital advertising platforms, and similar
  • Strong writing skills and experience creating compelling content
  • Comfortable presenting and hosting executive-level workshops

Revenue Architect – Revenue Operations:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement
  • Intimate understanding of what drives recurring revenue growth at SaaS companies
  • Knowledge of various Sales Tech platforms, including CRM, sales engagement, sales forecasting, account planning, sales enablement, conversational analytics, and more

Revenue Architect – Organizational Design:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales consulting, management consulting, sales or revenue operations
  • Intimate understanding of what drives recurring revenue growth at SaaS companies
  • Direct experience with role design, KPI/Org design, and compensation design

Compensation and benefits:

For US based candidates, health and retirement benefits are available. While there is a small guaranteed pay component, most of our consultants are paid on a per-project basis. This means that when you work more, you earn more. On target earnings are (more than) competitive and commensurate with the level of your experience.
