A SCIENTIFIC APPROACH TO COACHING
We believe in learning by doing.
10% of learning something new comes from formal training, 20% comes from observing your peers, and 70% of learning comes from doing. Therefore, all of our courses are taught “flipped classroom” style which means you learn the theory using an online learning journey so that time with a live instructor is reserved for roleplay and call reviews. You’ll also be expected to practice in between sessions and have your homework reviewed by the instructor.
